Operations Director – Operations

Hi,

I'm Anselmi Leustu. I lead the Operations function in Topcon Healthcare. The Operations Functions consist of PMO, Implementation and Service and Support teams. We serve Globally Topcon Healthcare customers. I'm also part of the THS Management Team.

I have 15 years of background in various IT & Software service and project positions, leading expert teams and units. My Academic background is an Engineering degree from Metropolia Applied University and an MBA from Reading University (Henley Business School).

The best thing about my job is my colleagues. Our ability to make an impact makes my work great. We are a rapidly evolving organisation packed with amazing competence. I think learning, our path of challenging ourselves, should never end. One thing I appreciate in Topcon Healthcare is the continuous development of the organisation and employees' skill sets.
