As a Service & Support Manager my duty is to for oversee the day-to-day operations of Topcon Healthcare Solutions' customer support and service management. I'm responssible to ensure that customers receive prompt, efficient and effective assistance, and manage a team of experienced professionals with customer-oriented approach.
The thing that I like most about my job is making a difference in customers' lives by improving their customer experience as well continuously improving processes and procedures to provide efficient and effective support. Besides that I relish working with a variety of people from different backgrounds and industries.
As a chap who has a solution for almost everything and who can turn a frown upside down with just a reboot I still struggle negotiating with my lovely Shiba Inu whether she is allowed to go and roll in the muddy dirt. Otherwise on my free time I enjoy stand up comedy and a good cup of coffee!
