The best thing about my job is the interesting and inspiring challenges that I need to solve on a daily basis. And the fact that I have wonderful people around me to tackle these challenges with. The work I do, while very complex and demanding, does not feel straining. 

My main responsibilities are:
1) Act as the team lead for Data Engineering team
2) Translate business requirements and processes into software requirements
3) Set milestones for data engineering design and implementation
4) Steer the implementation and perform prioritization for data engineering

For me it is very important to do good and to help others, to act selflessly. In Topcon I can achieve this on multiple levels: I can help to create solutions that help people to get better healthcare services and I can work towards being the best possible leader for my own team and enabling my team members and other coworkers to reach their full potential.
