I lead the technological development of Topcon Harmony. I guide the team in adopting good practices for feature development, technological improvements and documentation, for example. A part of my job is to maintain good communications to stakeholders outside the team, keeping them up-to-date on Harmony's technical and technological aspects, development needs and any issues the product might have. I work closely together with our product management team in prioritizing technical development tasks and help them understand how we could improve Harmony technically.

I enjoy working as a generalist. I try to think what's best for Harmony in the long run and then communicate my vision and ideas both to Harmony development team and stakeholders outside the team. I decide the guidelines, the big picture, for the team to adopt and implement to best of our combined capabilities.

Occasionally, I do enjoy a deep dive into our code base if my help is needed, for example, to debug an issue with the application, to help a developer to implement a tricky feature or simply improve Harmony to make it more scalable, performant and easier to maintain. Improving our working efficiency by adopting automation of tasks wherever possible is also close to my heart.

Outside of work, I'm passionate golfer, playing and practicing outside when the grass is green and in indoor simulators on the off season. Also, gaming on my PC is something I do regularly. What comes to gaming genres, grand strategy, building, and puzzle games are closest to my heart.
