Product Validation Manager – Product Management

Hi,

I'm Suvi and I work as a Product Validation Manager in the product management team. I started here in January 2021 as a Product Specialist and in 2023 switched to the new position. My responsibilities consist of managing and coordinating pre- and post-market validation for THS products. The validation activities include design validation, usability engineering, clinical evaluation and post-market surveillance.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Care (Optometry, Oulu University of Applied Sciences), and a Master's degree in Health Sciences (Medical and Wellness Technology, Oulu University) and I have previously worked at a health tech company as a QARA Specialist and at various optical stores as an Optician so with this education and experience combo I feel like I fit here like a glove!

Hobbies: volleyball, walks with my dog, watercoloring, board and video games, manga, and anime.
