I lead and facilitate two development teams in Scrum of Scrum practices. My role involves close collaboration with Product Owners and Product Managers, but my primary focus is to empower teams to continuously improve their collaboration within the agile Scrum of Scrum framework.

With an extensive background in the software industry spanning the last decade, I’ve held various positions related to agile project management and test leadership, primarily in web applications. Additionally, I hold certifications in Scrum Product Ownership and Scrum Mastering.
