Senior QARA Specialist – QA/RA

Hi,

I'm Suvi and I work as a Senior QARA Specialist in the QARA team. I started here in Jan 2021 as a Product Specialist, 2023 switched to Product Validation Manager position, and as of Dec 2024 started in the QARA team. My responsibilities consist of managing and coordinating pre- and post-market validation for THS products. The validation activities include design validation, usability engineering, clinical evaluation and post-market surveillance.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Care (Optometry, Oulu University of Applied Sciences), and a Master's degree in Health Sciences (Medical and Wellness Technology, Oulu University) and I have previously worked at a health tech company as a QARA Specialist and at various optical stores as an Optician so with this education and experience combo I feel like I fit here like a glove!

Hobbies: volleyball, walks with my dog, water-coloring, board and video games, escape rooms, manga, and anime.
