I´m Paula and have worked as a Service Manager in our efficient Customer Success team at Topcon Healthcare since autumn 2021. My background is from customer service, coordination and developing its processes.

What I love most is to have discussions with people and that with my work I can help others to succeed in their work or that they can concentrate to the work they like the most. And I´m most familiar with customers, customer service, customer satisfaction and all things behind that.
Being a non-technical person in a pretty technical environment is not a problem. From the Day One I felt like home. In a company like this you have a chance to do so much more than what your title says, everything is up to you!

In my free time I love to read books in silence. I also love crowdy cafeterias, special coffee and rooibos tea.
Fun fact: Even though I´m a talkative personality, I prefer to be quiet at home. Which is totally fine to my family as we are all the same!
